Today I had the privilege of taking some of my students to the Paralympic games. It was truly inspiring and in many ways overwhelming, but the street artists of Shoreditch and Old Street, not far from where the events are taking place in Stratford, are digesting the affair in their own unique way. Over the last few weeks I’ve photographed various Olympic-inspired pieces strewn around the catacombs of North East London so that I could post a celebratory blog whilst the capital is still on its patriotic high.
